hey dude, as I mentioned earlier on the shoutbox this is a brasilian forum most here dont understand you, but this is out of the question, ok back to the point this guy is a coordinator which means he needs to be recognized by the others with this green name, dont worry there are alot of other staffers around the forum with diferent names
if you want to be one you need to have some aspects, some requirements to be staffer, i hope i did helped you
